Amanda is a Cosmetology graduate from Blue Ridge Community College. She's been a local hair artist in the area for a little more than 10 years. She loves blonding, dimensional coloring & helping her guests feel their best.

Amber White is one of Western North Carolina’s leading nail technicians.  She attended Alpha Beauty School in 1996 while working for Doctor William Chambers, and later graduated from the Manicurist program at Blue Ridge Community College.  Amber has been a Licensed Nail Technician with the North Carolina State Board of Cosmetic Arts since 2001.  Over this time, Amber has built and maintained a reputation for excellence in the Nail Care Industry.  With her in depth training and experience she has shared her knowledge with other professional nail technicians, students and sales reps for many years.  Her passion is to educate not only those in the beauty industry, but every guest who enters her salon.  As a dedicated professional, Amber strives to provide the latest in product , fashion and technology.  She exceeds the NCSBC sanitation regulations and the required number of hours for continuing education.

Amber is an active member at her church & volunteers in the community when possible. She is a member of the International Pedicure Association; has served as a board member for the Mills River Business Association.

Amber and her husband, Adrian have three children.  They love spending family time together at church, in the woods or in the local streams trout fishing. You may see them in the community watching football games and basketball games or at the softball field cheering for their daughters rec and travel teams.

Ashley is a local native residing here in Mills River. She attended Western North Carolina School of Massage and graduated in 2019. She is currently certified as a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist. Ashley’s passion is to promote both physical and mental healing for all her patients. Her work of heart is working with oncology patients and being able to improve their daily living, both during and after treatment. Ashley also specializes in trigger point therapy for muscle aches and pains.

Ashley and her husband, have a beautiful little girl and two dogs. Outside of working, you will find her spending time with her family, involved in her local church, or outside working in her flower garden.

Dianne has been a Massage Therapist/Structural Bodyworker for 10 years.  After spending the last 23 years as a Special Education teacher, she knew that her next career path would have to be one focused around healing to be equally as rewarding.

Dianne specializes in a variety of techniques such as structural bodywork/trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and Swedish massage.  Dianne looks at the body as a whole and offers an integrative approach that meets the needs of each client individually.

In her free time, Dianne enjoys playing golf, working outside, playing cards, and of course spending time with family and friends.

Krista is a local of Hendersonville, North Carolina. She grew up here and went to school at West Henderson High School and then continued onto Carolina College of Hair Design in Asheville. Krista has been doing hair for twelve years and has a passion for making others feel beautiful and confident. She has two beautiful kids, three German Shepherds and you can typically find her on the weekends exploring the beautiful mountains and watching her kids sporting events.

Rachel Taylor has enjoyed providing services as a manicurist since obtaining her license in 2007. She specializes in relaxing pedicure massages for the feet and ankles, believing if your feet feel good, your whole body will.

Rachel is also a professional ballet dancer. She moved to dance with the Asheville Ballet. Rachel is looking forward to providing relaxing and rejuvenating manicure and pedicure services at THE SPA at Mills River.

Shelley is an acupuncturist who grew up in the Wisconsin countryside and then moved to California for 20 years to experience a different side of life. Along the way, she gained a wealth of skills and tools to help people heal. Now, burned out on cities, missing nature and her family who have lived in Hendersonville, NC for 20 years, she is putting down new roots here in Mills River. She loves hiking and woods, weather and fresh air, and just generally being a creative person.

Shelley earned a Masters Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with honors from Yo San University in Los Angeles, California, studied in Chinese hospitals, and had her own bustling private practice in Santa Monica, CA for 10 years. She loves helping people calm and rebalance from stress, regain health from whatever ailments they have, and most especially doing facial rejuvenation acupuncture to help bring back more youthful beauty to faces without using harmful injections.

With a musical background, I have been passionate about music and singing since I could talk. My journey in music blossomed during my high school years, where I honed my skills and developed a deep appreciation for the art. Graduating from the Harrison School of the Performing Arts in Lakeland, FL, was a significant milestone, showcasing my commitment to my craft.

In addition to my musical pursuits, I ventured into the world of beauty and wellness by enrolling in AB TECH’s Esthetician program. Achieving a place on the Dean's list was a proud moment for me, reflecting my dedication and hard work.
